Q - Do you sell wide fitting shoes and boots?
A – Yes, we have a number of brands and styles that are suitable for people with wider feet. Even if many shoes do not come with specific width fittings, we are always on hand to offer any advice to our customer so please to not hesitate to email or call us.
Q – Do you do half sizes?
A – Yes, some our shoe brands come in half sizes. These are all listed on our website where available.
Q – What are the smallest and the largest sizes that you offer?
A – We try to stock sizes 3 (EU 36) up to 8 (EU 41/42), but this is dependent on the manufacturer. Depending on the brand, the conversion may differ slightly with sizes, for example size 8 may be 41 or 42. Please email or call us if you need help with this.
Q – I have a wide / narrow calf. Do you have boots that will fit me?
A – A number of our brands produce wider fitting boots and we always test our stock as it arrives in the shop. This means that we know which styles and boots may be suitable depending on the fit. This also applies to narrow fitting boots.
Q – Do you offer matching accessories?
A – We have a wide range of handbags, clutch bags, jewellery and scarves available. We are also always on hand to help any customers who are looking to match outfits and/or shoes.
Q –Where do you get all of your different styles of shoes from?
A – We purchase our stock from all over Europe including Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark, United Kingdom and Austria. We regularly attend both London and Milan every season to ensure we have the latest trends and highest quality shoes stocked for you. Some of our brands include Peter Kaiser, Toni Pons, Makki Eel Skin, Vitti Love and many more.
Q – How do I look after my shoes?
A – We have a wide range of products that can be used to clean and protect shoes (and boots) made out of suede, nubuck and leather material.
Q – One of my feet is a slightly different size than the other, is there anything that I can do when I purchase shoes from your company?
A – Yes there is. At Finale we offer a half sole to a full sole. This ensures a snug fit of your shoes. A half-sole pushes your foot to the back of the shoe without lifting it up out of the shoe and can be very useful in a variety of different styles of shoes and boots.
Q – I have a bunion. Will any of your shoes be suitable for me?
A – We always recommend leather lined shoes for people who have a bunion, as this allows the shoe to ‘give’ and ‘mould’ around the foot. If the shoe or boot is well made and is a suitable style for your foot, you may find this option suitable.
